Both options go to the same submissions team and need the same documents (see the submission requirements below). Please use one or the other for each account, not both.

Submission requirements

Include these with every submission, whether you upload it or email it. Complete submissions reach the market faster.

  • ACORD 125Commercial insurance application
  • ACORD 126 and/or 140General liability section and/or property section, as applicable
  • Loss runs5 years, currently valued (within 90 days)
  • SupplementalsClass- or line-specific applications
  • DeclinationsAdmitted market declinations, where required by the insured's home state
  • Target effective dateAnd any expiring terms and premium

Please do not email Social Security numbers or other sensitive personal information. If a submission requires that information, we will arrange a secure method of transfer.

Turnaround

Most quotes are returned within 3–5 business days. Complex property and excess placements may take 5–10 business days depending on market response.

We confirm every submission within 1 business day.

    We acknowledge receipt and identify any missing information.

    Under review

    A broker reviews the submission and selects the appropriate markets.

    In the market

    We market the risk and keep you informed of market responses.

    Quote or declination

    You receive quotes with terms and subjectivities, or a declination with the reason.

We'll begin marketing your submission while your appointment is being processed, but we can only bind coverage once your appointment is approved.
