What you'll need
- Signed producer agreement (we send it to you)
- Copies of your agency and producer licenses
- E&O certificate or declarations page (minimum $1,000,000 per claim)
- Completed W-9
What happens next
- We review your request
- We send the producer agreement
- We confirm your appointment typically within 2–3 business days of receiving your completed paperwork.
We'll begin marketing your submission while your appointment is being processed, but we can only bind coverage once your appointment is approved.
